Job Description
- Create and manage overall IT designs and solutions tailored to the customer's business needs.
- Helping sales team to conduct pre-sales activities in informing new solutions to customers.
- Conduct analysis / assessment of customer infrastructure design to meet the needs of making new infrastructure solutions based on customer demand and needs.
- Make a high level proposal document in which it is explained about the technical solutions and technology used.
- Collaborate with related teams to create roadmaps and milestones for each solution design.
- Create and present technical and business aspects to customers from the solutions made.
- Calculate the basic costs and make a Bill of Quantity document of the solutions made which will then be coordinated with sales team to calculate profit / loss and so on.
- Monitor the implementation work to be aligned with the initial design
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): IP/MPLS Network , System Infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, LB), Network Security.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Security admin or equivalent.
- Professional Certification is preferable.
- Passionate and quick to learn new technologies.
