Job Description
- Shifting 24x7.
- Cloud service fulfillment (VMWare, KVM, Openstack, Acronis, Zerto, Linux, Windows Server).
- Cloud service operation (Backup/Restore Management, IP Management, Reporting).
- Cloud service monitoring (MRTG, PRTG, Grafana).
- Cloud L1 incident handling.
- Support coordination to customer in troubleshooting.
Requirement
- Having knowledge in Sys. Administrator (any distro of Linux, Windows Server).
- Having knowledge in Cloud Computing (VMWare, KVM, Openstack, Zerto, Acronis).
- Having knowledge in Basic Networking (OSI Layer, TCP/IP, Subnetting, Static Routing, Switching).
- Having knowledge in Networking Tools (MRTG, PRTG, Grafana).
- Able to work as part of a team or individually and capable of working under pressure conditions.
- Understanding the concept of Customer Service Oriented.
