Job Description
- Generating qualified leads through outbound and omnichannel calls.
- Managing inbound communications from potential customers through omnichannel platforms, email, and phone.
- Providing knowledge and explaining the value of Datacomm products and services to potential customers.
- Building good relationships with customers.
- Recording qualified leads into the dashboard or CRM system.
- Coordinating with the Sales team to distribute qualified leads.
- Conducting mini surveys and RSVP management according to the needs of the Marketing team.
Requirement
- Minimum education Bachelor Degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience in telemarketing.
- Having knowledge of IT, Cloud Computing, and Cyber Security will be preferred.
- Having high self-confidence in approaching potential customers.
- Having good storytelling communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Able to speak good and correct Indonesian according to EYD.
- Able to speak English both verbally and in writing will be preferred.
- Able to use CRM Tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with target-oriented work models.
