Job Description
- Provide technical support to customers through on-site or remote troubleshooting.
- Performing standby at customer's site or office.
- Performing acceptance test procedure after implementation.
- Documentation and reporting to superior and/or customer.
Requirement
- Graduated from reputable university majoring in Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science or Information Technology with minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Network Engineer.
- Have problem solving skills related to networks, know switching and routing technology.
- Good understanding with OSI Layer and TCP/IP network.
- Good skills in writing, communication, and presentation in English.
- Associate level networking certification such as JNCIA (Juniper Network Certified Internet Associate) or CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is preferable.
- Willing to work outside office hours.
- Passionate to learn, hardworking, good team player.
